To avail of discount, account must be paid in full before issue publication (February, June and October).

Last dates for discounted payment are: January 31, May 30 & September 30, or within 30 days of invoice, whichever is sooner.

Material deadlines for print ready materials are: January 15, April 15 & September 15.

For accounts not settled within 15 days of publication, full rates will apply, regardless of prior arrangement.

Unsettled (discounted) accounts will be re-invoiced at the appropriate full (undiscounted) rate after this time.

For accounts not settled within 30 days of publication 5% interest per month will be added to the balance.
